QA/QC Introduction

We have four quality control departments, which are responsible for the following processes:
1) Mold debugging and inspection department: before production, all molds must be inspected to ensure they have the correct parameters
2) Pressing department: responsible for inspecting the size, surface and structure of products during manufacturing
3) Finished product department: after production is finished, this team inspects quality and quantity
4) Product control department: after all products have been checked by the abovementioned teams, 5% of each lot is selected for testing; if these items meet the requirements, then the order is packed and loaded for delivery to clients
